My HIKVISION DVR DS7608NI which is connected to a Sky router, displays a device name of UNKNOWN in the router management page. Can anyone suggest how this can be amended? I can identify it via the MAC address so its a fairly cosmetic issue, just annoying!
I have looked through the setting sin iVMS4200 on my desktop PC that I use to manage the device over wifi but nothing seems obvious.
