I have just set up one camera which is connected to my router and pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy the iPhone app was to connect and start streaming.
However I will primarily be using my laptop to view live footage.
Its occurred to me that as long as the camera is connected to my router and I have 'Enable Hik-Connect' enabled then the camera will constantly be using my bandwidth and sending data 24/7. Is this true?
If so, is it wise to only Enable Hik-Connect when essentially...
