hik-connect.com and Hik-Connect iOS app don't show the same devices

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has an issue with devices on the app not being on the website?

All my cameras as far as I can tell are setup identically. Some appear and work fine on the hik connect app, others don't show at all. I tried checking the desktop website and then realised with the website even though I'm logged in the devices aren't the same as the app and only one is active.

Any ideas how to get everything to sync properly?
