This is my first post and I really need your help guys. I have installed 30 to 35 Dual Audio 2421, 2423 and 2443 Hikvision IP cameras. Connections are all good as I have used 8 ports Hikvision POE switches. Cable I used was CAT6 Baynet and D-Link.
The problem I am facing is that I can't hear any audio on My Android/IOS IVMS-4500 app.. I can hear audio and can talk through cam as well on computer; local network (web interface).... I have selected Video/Audio Type under Video...
