Door Lock Time < 6 Seconds

Hi,

my DS-KD8003-IME2 is now working fine for a few months. This weekend i'm connecting the door lock to NO1. It is working but i can't reduce the time under 6 seconds.

The iVMS is telling me "Error code: HCNetSDK.dll[11].(Data transmission failed, incorrect data to or from the device.)

Is less then 6 seconds really not possible??
