Unable to select the 5MP setting option in one of three new ColorVu cameras?

Hi I have just installed a new Colorvu system with 3 cameras, on two of them when I go into the ptz settings I am unable to select 5MP the only options are PAL or NTSC on the other camera I can select 5MP no problem, the other settings for all three cameras are the same.

Any ideas thanks.
