Hick NVR - Live view failed

Hi,
Quite new to all this so bare with me.. I have managed to open ports and now can see my Hik 'Domain' remotely..

But when I try to view footage I keep getting an error.. 'Live view failed'..
Its the same with playback!

Yet on a mobile all is well and viewing from my side of the network all is fine too (IE browser ) ...

I am using IE with the 'Drivers' installed and have tried on a few different remote workstations...

The ports I am using is 80,554 and 8000..
