How to fix Hikvision No Video Problem

Hi All

Today I updated my 3 thermal cameras firmware to the latest version downloaded from Hikvision FTP.

Since the upgrade ,i cant see camera 2 which is the thermal stream ,it displays no video.

I have 2 x DS-2TD2235D-50 and 1 x DS-2T4035D-50
