Email configuration / 4K Cameras

Hi guys,
I brought two 4K cameras : 2T85 and 2185 but I can't take screenshots from both.
Image appears in the browser and the record is working ...

Message is in French "Capture Echoue" ?
Firmware version : V5.4.5 build 170124

And impossible to configure "Email config", error message "Erreur Appareil" ?????
