I'm having an issue with viewing remote playback on the iVMS 4500 app.
I have 1 camera (DS-2DE3304W-DE) and a PC with the server software running.
I can view the footage on another computer running the client software.
When I log in to the camera and check the Storage Management, nothing shows. Is this normal?
The iVMS app just says 'No record file.' This is also true if I try to view playback via browser.
Any ideas?
