Is there someone who can guide me to reset the IP/web access account only because when i'm trying to go through with forgot password it's only showing GUID option which is not applicable to my case also the secret question was not set.
I can access the NVR and hik-connect but why i cannot able to connect from IP web browser? is there any solution from this.
