Hikvision door bell - wrong user name or password!

Hi,
I hope someone give me a clue on how to rectify the above? Just recently every time I try and log into my 6003 Wifi door bell I get the above message. I know the password is correct as I can log in via the SADP tool but I cant using the bell's IP address! I am using "admin" as user name.

ivms 4200 vs install, no live view on android, recordings ok

have been using 4200 pcnvr for ages but wanted to update to somthing newer

have installed on my W10 server the lastest version of storage recorder and streamer

client installed on main pc and works fine for live view and config etc

but i cannot get the Android app to live view, was fine before on pcnvr software

can access recordings ok

any ideas?

Ok at a bit of a loss here, this has been working perfect for a while, now it isn't.

Basic checks

1) Email account? Sent test email to all 3 users in group. Works ok.
2) Check intrusion detection

Hello I have a hikvistion cctv systems I dont no alot about them or the set up

I am having a problem with viewing my camera while I am away from the wifi zone so through 4g it will not let me view live view or play back I getting a connection error and when I try do on connect I getting video playback failed error code 380356 but on the app it say connection fails I using ivms -4500 that where its say con fail I hik connect say the play back code above

What do you use to keep wires and connectors waterproof?

I wish there was a way to remove the power cable from my hikvision cameras as I am going to only use POE.

What would you reccommend to protect the cables as the ethernet cable will need connecting to the camera at the connection point and there will be the spare power supply cable too that need protecting?

Prosím, dej mi radu. Mám interkom Hikvision DS-KH8300 s DS-KV8202. Stává se mi, že po vyzváněcím tónu je černá obrazovka fotoaparátu venkovní. Druhým vyzváněcím tónem je vše v pořádku. Víte, kde to něco způsobuje?

Kromě toho někdy, když stisknete tlačítko venkovní jednotky, nehraje venkovní jednotku vyzváněcího tónu.
Posledním problémem je, že někdy, když stisknu odpovědi na LCD, zvuk a obraz zamrznou a chvíli trvá, než mohu načíst video z venkovní jednotky.

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to link an NVR (DS-7732NI-K4 on V4) with a DS-K2602 Access Controller via IoT.
The feature of overlaying Card numbers and access events on the video footage will be extremely handy for us. But i'm hitting a wall and have been banging my head for 4 hours now.

DS-7732NI-K4 Just upgraded to V4.21.5 build 190509
DS-K2602 Access Controller on V2.05 build 190301

Chrome does NOT show the IOT Channel Settings for some reason? It's only visible in Internet Explorer.

IVMS 4200 permanently minimized

Hello.
Following a routine Windows 10 update, my IVMS 4200 CCTV images are all permanently minimized. That is, there is a single icon on the bottom bar on the screen. The maximize and restore options are all greyed. Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi

I'm having issues with my DS-7716NI-I4.

My Platform Access/Register Status is showing as Offline and I cant get it to change to Online no matter what I try.
I have spent five hours today going over the settings, I'm missing something silly I think.

to make things worse I'm not sure if it has been a problem since the NVR upgraded to NVR.4 or when I changed ISP to SKY from BT.

Any help appreciated

Hi guys,

I have an issue that I cant figure out how to sort. I've got a WD NAS set up on my home network. I've added a share via NFS and added it to my DVR in addition to my local HDD inside the DVR that's connected via SATA. Its added successfully and initalised successfully.

It has added 1gb mp4 files, to take up the full 4tb worth of storage on the NAS. All of these files are in the format of hivxxxxx.mp4

Now I want it to record to my HDD (which it is doing fine) and to also record or...

Recently we've had a few customers who have experienced some issues with the PoE connectors on the pigtail of their Hikvision device that has caused it to stop receiving power. This can be as a result of a lot of things - faulty weatherproofing leading to corrosion within the connector, damaging it or just plain bad luck.

Hikvision themselves unfortunately do not offer replacement PoE connectors so...

Hello.

I bought a new HikVision Camera DS-2CD4A26FWD-IZHS/p 2.8-12mm.

I bought a camera with the intention of raising the safety barrier when will recognize the licence plate. I install and mount everything.
The software recognize the plate. I add the plate on white list, output alarm is triggered but to slow.

Hi All,

Please can someone help me understand whether my SD card is being utilised for recording in parallel to my NVR? I cannot figure this out, the recording to the NVR is definitely working but having installed a 128GB card to the camera I cannot see any options anywhere to check. Any help or advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks Steve

Hi guys,
Recently I bought a NVR model DS-7608NXI-I2/8P/4S, but it has a terrible noise from PSU, it is always at maximum RPM.
I use only 2 IP port from total of 8, actually is no heavy energy load on PSU. Hikvision customer center has a silent approach for my question.
Never used Hikvision so far, all NVR have this noisy PSU?

Failed video feed

I have a problem playing live images on devices that have been working fine before. Currently I can only view on one desk top computer. Whereas before I could view on two desktop computers and two mobile devices before. I get a message that says "video failed error code 240038. Any thoughts?
